SmileSip is creating a new product category. "Oral health drink" has no existing shelf in retail, no obvious comparable in DTC, and no established consumer vocabulary. The storefront had to educate first-time visitors on what the product is, who it's for, and why it works, while also serving repeat customers who already understood the value proposition. A single static launch site couldn't carry that load — the brand needed a system that could test messaging, refine PDPs, and run campaigns in tight cycles.
