1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of metamensaje.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only — they do not govern any client engagement, which is set out in a separate proposal and agreement.

2. The Site

The Site is an informational and portfolio site operated by Metamensaje LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with operations in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any result.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layouts, design, code, logos, and the "Metamensaje" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to the studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. Project work shown on the Site is displayed with the relevant rights holders' permission and remains the property of its respective owners.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content except as permitted by our robots file; or
  • misrepresent your affiliation with the studio.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
